The Randolph Middle School Parent Teacher Organization continues to offer grants to
Randolph Middle School Staff PTO Members.

The goal of the Educational Grant Program is to offer support for creative approaches to the delivery of curriculum in all disciplines to as many students as possible. There is one grant cycle per year and grant proposals may be submitted for any amount up to $750.00. In 2024-2025, the grant process is open to all staff that are members of the RMS PTO. In hopes of helping to address and fund your needs sooner, this year the grant program will run from August 26th – October 30th of 2024. Please have all submissions turned in by the updated deadline.
All applications will be evaluated by members of the Grant Committee beginning in November, with hopes of funding over the November holidays. The Grant Committee will analyze each application relative to how the proposed funding request supports the curriculum as well as for the impact it will have on students. In an effort to maintain the integrity of the process, information that identifies the applicant will be removed prior to distributing grant requests to committee members for assessment.
Please note that these funds cannot be used to purchase curriculum materials that may be purchased through the regular school budget process or items that can be funded by special services or other areas. The PTO requests that technology needs be forwarded to the Technology department as they will not be considered by this Grant Committee. Finally, please understand we are unable to fund afterschool clubs and activities.
